Choosing and Scheduling a Campus Tour
Family/Individual Tours
If you would like to visit our campus on your own, or bring guests (maximum 4 per family) then this tour is right for you. This tour is specifically designed for individuals and their families and takes place in a small group setting. The 1 hour walking tour showcases campus distinctions and facilities, provides a general overview of campus academic programs, student support services and campus life.
Scheduling a Family/Individual Tour
We recommend that reservations be made in advance; space is limited and tours fill quickly. To make a reservation, click here to Request a Campus Tour. This form only lists tour dates that are available at this time. On the form do not request alternate dates or times that are not already listed. We are unable to make any exceptions. If we are unable to provide you with an escorted tour, please consider our self-guided tour option.
Note that housing tours are not part of the general tour. Visit Housing & Residential Life for more information.
Group Tours
This tour allows larger groups, (usually more than 10), specifically high school and community college students the opportunity to visit CSULB. This tour features campus "hot spots" as our tour guides provide highlights of campus distinctions, an overview of academic programs, student support services and campus life.
Group tour availability is limited.
Scheduling A Group Tour
Unfortunately, due to a our current budget situation, we will not be offering group tours this fall 2009 semester. As an alternative to a group tour, we recommend that you use our self-guided tour brochure as another opportunity to explore our campus.
